341(a) Appearances for Chapter 7 and 13 and 11.
The Requirements
1. You must be licenced to practice law in California or a staff member of a firm under the supervision of licenced attorneys
2. A file must be sent by fax or e-mail and by e-mail it must be in pdf format.
3. Notice of previous hearings and/or special requirements, requests and declarations which would be of interest to the trustee, US trustee and/or creditors
4. If I find that the debtor has a great incentive to commit perjury before the hearing. I reserve the right to send the debtor back to your office and to withdrawl from representation. There will be no refunds. (For example: any preference or fraudulent transfer issues not disclosed in the bankruptcy papers prior to the hearing)
5. There also be no refunds for non-appearances & continuances
6. $50 dollars for individual 7s and 13s. $75 for business 7s and 13s. Chapter 11 appearances are variable. $90 and up.
7. If the file is sent by e-mail, the file must be labeled in this manner: Jenny Debtor SV10-10101 KTBankruptcy Court Appearances
$75 and up.

3. Quote on price will be given after a description of what is demanded is e-mailed.

5. Fees range from $100 and up
