Limited Scope Representation

 Chapter 7:  $1000 to  2500 for the petition and accompanying schedules. 

This price does not include the following

1.  filing fee  $299

2. any additional  appearances at the meeting of creditors 

3. $50 and

4.  any non-dischargability lawsuit,

5. objection to discharge and

6.  housing valuations.

7. Motion for Relief from Stay Defense

8. Reaffirmation Agreement Representation.

9. Additional Investigation in case of Department of Justice Audit.

Full Service Represetnation

Chapter 13: $3013 to $4500 for full representation for the term of the plan.

Extra fees maybe requested if there are non-dischargability lawsuits.
